Susie

Susie came to MHR in February 2004.  She had a blown out right knee and she was going blind. She was 36 years old when she arrived.  Susie was a bit quirky, but aren't we all.  Her most very favorite thing was to be brushed. She would stand for hours even days if you had the strength and energy.

On May 26th, 2007, in the early morning hours, Susie passed in her sleep.  She is missed by all those who encountered her and she made a difference in the lives of those who knew her.
