Trooper is a coming 2 yr old Quarter Horse gelding who comes by his name honestly. Trooper was purchased at auction. He was brought home to his family and they immediately set upon getting his defect repaired. Troopers front legs from the knees down were all askew. He underwent surgery and remained in a cast for approximately twelve weeks. Since this should have been done at birth, the surgery was not as successful as it was first thought it would be. Then to make matters worse, he had been shot twice by a neighbor of the former owners. Thus the reason he comes by the name of Trooper, because he has gone through so much and still despite all of this he loves people.
Trooper would make a wonderful PET ONLY. (Can NEVER be ridden) He loves toys and plays with them constantly. He loves to be showered with attention and will play tag with you. Trooper is looking for that special family to make his life more complete.
