On October the 8th, 2006, Miracle Horse Rescue purchased six horses from an auction in Oregon. This was made possible by a group of wonderful individuals that call themselves the FOBs which stands for the Fans of Barbaro. The FOBs provided a list of six particular horses they were interested in rescuing, they also provided not only the funds for the purchase of these horses but the funds to care for them as well. The following are the horses that were purchased on their behalf and they are responsible for giving these horses a chance of a good life. Thank you FOBs!
Zamara is a seven yr old TB, blind in her right eye and she was one of the horses purchased in Oregon. She was adopted by an FOB.
